The Dragino WSS-02 Wind Speed and Direction Sensor is an RS485 wind speed and direction monitor, specifically designed for integration into weather station solutions. The shell of this sensor is constructed from a polycarbonate composite material, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance. This ensures the sensor remains rust-free, even after prolonged use.

The sensor is designed to work in harmony with an internal smooth-bearing system, which guarantees the stability of information collection. To use, simply connect the RS485 interface of the sensor to a WSC1-L weather station main processor. The processor is capable of detecting and uploading the wind speed and direction data to the IoT Server via the wireless LoRaWAN protocol.

Please note: The sensor must be connected to a WSC1-L weather station main processor to function correctly, not included.
